Job hunting is a full time job. The entire process is chaotic. However the end result will be worth it as long as you remember that you control the process.
If it weren’t for the mentors I had during my early career, I would have let many insecurities about my place in the world world control me. With their mentorship I found myself overcoming my fears, and ultimately discovering that insecurities were not going to play a part in my career.
